When passenger flow is low, the FlipFlow operates in INTERLOCK mode as described above.

– If the number of passengers exceeds the preset
threshold value the FlipFlow changes to FLOW
mode and operates as described above.
– The flow level is higher than the fixed threshold
value the FlipFlow remains in FLOW mode and oper-
ates as previously described.
