Preparing the load

The A 312 injector module is designed for reprocessing glass capil-
lary viscometers with the following dimensions:
- Height
- Capillary tube inner diameter
- Filling tube inner diameter
- Centre of capillary tube to centre of filling
tube
Check that the viscometers and the capillaries in particular are free
of blockages.
Place the viscometers on the A 867 injector nozzles.
- The capillary tubes must be connected to the injector nozzles with
the plastic support.
- The filling tubes must be connected to the nozzles with the plastic
hoses.
- If there are any ventilation tubes, these do not require extra clean-
ing.
Make sure that the ends of the plastic hoses do not touch the glass
walls of the viscometers.
If they do, the vessels will not be cleaned satisfactorily.
The height of the plastic supports can be adjusted. Move the plastic
supports, if necessary. For example, if the viscometers have tubes
with different lengths, the supports may need to be adjusted to
compensate for the length difference. Or if the tubes are particularly
close together, the supports may need to be moved to prevent the
tubes from being bent apart.
