If your NANLITE PavoTube II 15X is not turning on even after charging, consider the following possible reasons:
1. Battery Issue – Ensure the battery is properly charged. The PavoTube II 15X has a built-in 14.8V/2200mAh lithium battery. Try using it while plugged into a power source to check if the battery is faulty.
2. Power Connection – Verify that the DC input (15V/2A max) is securely connected and that the charging adapter is functioning.
3. Physical Damage – Check for any visible damage to the power button, display, or charging port that could prevent power delivery.
4. Control Lock or Settings – Ensure the device is not in a locked mode or an incorrect setting that prevents it from turning on.
5. Firmware or Internal Malfunction – If none of the above work, the unit may have an internal issue requiring professional service or a reset.
Try troubleshooting these steps, and if the issue persists, contact Nanlite support for further assistance.
