3.3.5. MUFFLER
1) Install the Muffler bracket.
Muffler bracket mount bolt (M6-16L) (1)
Flat washer (M6) (1)
Lock washer (M6) (1)
Tightening torque: 9.0 N•m
Install the flange nut.
Nut (M8) (1)
Tightening torque: 15.0 N•m
2) Install the Muffler.
Mount the Exhaust pipe and the gasket on the cylinder head.
Exhaust pipe mount nut (M8) (2)
Lock washer (M8) (2)
Gasket cannot be reused.
Replace with new.
Tightening torque: 18.0-22.0 N•m
3) Install the muffler and the muffler bracket.
Bolt (M8-16L) (2)
Tightening torque: 15.0 N•m
