This manual cannot begin to plot out instructions for every possibility, but provides the general instructions, as necessary, for effectively interfacing with the device, product or system.

    Preparation Make sure camper van is level. Make sure camper van is properly supported and secured. Engage brakes. Chock all tires. Make sure wind speeds do not exceed 25mph, if so the pop-up MUST remain in the closed position or damage could occur. Operation Do NOT open pop-up roof if wind speeds exceed 25mph.
  • Page 5 Grab the handle with one hand (Fig. 4A), then at the same time press the release button (Fig. 4B) and push the handle upwards. After unlocking the roof, grab both handles (Fig. 4A) and push the roof upwards. If the upward pressure on the roof does not change its position significantly on both sides, then the locking system is properly engaged.

    Maintenance Periodically clean the canvas to prevent dirt and grime build-up. Dirt and grime build-up may penetrate the fabric. Use a soft bristled brush, sponge or clean cloths to remove dirt from the fabric before washing. Care and Maintenance To preserve the integrity of the canvas and extend its lifespan, take the following steps when caring for the canvas: Inspect and treat the canvas every 12-14 months.
