    ASSEMBLY STEP 1  Install the impeller onto the gearbox and axle assembly.  Align the impeller with the hole on the axle, located nearest the gearbox.  Insert M4x20 screw, through the side of the impeller and the gearbox axle. Tighten until secure.
  • Page 7 STEP 2  Attach the Wheel Assembly Frame to each side of the Gearbox Assembly and Fixing Connecting Rod, insert two bolts M6x40 into the fixing connecting rod through the Wheel Assembly Frame.  Make sure the hole in the Gearbox Axle is on the RIGHT SIDE, when assembling, as shown. ...
  • Page 8 STEP 3  Install one end of the connecting plate on to the wheel frame by Bolt M6x35 and Lock Nut M6.  Then install the connecting rod on the wheel frame by Bolt M6x60 and Lock Nut M6 and fix the connecting plate to the connecting rod using a Bolt M6x35.
  • Page 9 STEP 4  Insert the Inner Axle Bushing onto the Outer Axle Bushing and make sure they are tight.  Install the right Wheel Assembly onto the right Axle using an inner hex bolt M5x45 and a lock nut M5, attach a flat washer Ø16 and then install the Cap onto the right Axle using a wooden or rubber hammer.
  • Page 10 STEP 5  Attach the install tube assembly to the hopper assembly using a Bolt M6x40 and Lock Nut M6. NOW GO BACK AND TIGHTEN ALL NUTS AND BOLTS STARTING WITH FIRST STEP. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
  • Page 11 ADJUSTMENTS STEP 6 To operate this spreader, push the handle to the top position (upwards). You can move the position of the Wing nut on the Gauge & Lever to adjust the size of the hole between the hopper and the adjustable plate according to your need when spreading.

    MAINTENANCE LUBRICATE Maintenance spray or multi-purpose grease can be applied to the wheel axle prior to long-term storage. Oiling is not necessary. GEARBOX DO NOT open the gearbox. The gears are permanently lubricated from the factory and do not need lubricating.
