Maintenance/Customer Service

Repairs and other maintenance work may only be
carried out by one of our authorized customer service
representatives in order to avoid potential sources of
danger.
When you contact customer service, please quote the E
and FD numbers on your appliance (Fig. A).
The first inspection must be carried out no later than 2
years subsequent to initial startup of the appliance. This
involves inspection of the protection anode which may
need to be replaced, and the appliance may need to be
cleaned and descaled. The customer service will suggest
the next inspection date for a service.
The power supply and the water supply must be shut off
before all work on the appliance.
