HYDROSTATIC DRIVE TEST KIT
Carry
out
most of
the
testing of
the
hydrostatic drive
system by performing the tests
and
observing
the
charge pressure and drive pressure gauges on the
firewall. If
it
is necessary to monitor other pressures
at the same time, use
the gauges
supplied in the
Hydrostatic Drive Test Kit
#FNH03132.
This kit
contains a four-gauge
bar
that gives
the
technician
the capability of measuring all the various system
pressures.
All the necessary
fittings
to
hook
the gauges into
the
hydrostatic system are included in this kit. Ordering

Holland Service Tool Catalog.
WORKSHEET
The
pressure testing worksheet, in this section,
provides guidelines for pressure testing.
By
operating
the
machine controls and measuring the
pressures in the sequence shown on the worksheet,
technicians can systematically check the transmis-
sion system performance. Make a copy of the
worksheet
and
record
and compare
the actuaf test
results, at 2500 engine rpm, to
the
correct gauge
reading shown. Then follow the fault-logic trouble-
shooting flow charts, in this section, to decide what
components require repair or replacement.
