The Hot Water Association (HWA) Charter is a code of Practice which
requires that all members adhere to the following:

supply fit for purpose products clearly and honestly described
•
supply products that meet, or exceed appropriate standards and
building and water regulations
•
provide pre and post sales technical support
•
provide clear and concise warranty details to customers
