Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
Fixed Base Table
Tools Required
• Phillips Screwdriver
Hardware Included for T-Base
• (8) #14 x 1" Wood Screws
Hardware Included for X-Base
• (4) #14 x 1" Wood Screws
1. Position base assembly on underside
of table top (Figure 1).
2. Secure with Phillips head screws
in the following "X" pattern, not to
exceed 60 in/lbs of torque
(Figure 2).

3. Regularly check screws to be sure
they remain snug.
