Installation of Bearings:

Insert the bearing lock pins (7) into the front housing (15) and rear housing (9).

Insert two bearings (6) into the front housing (15) and two bearings (6) into the rear housing (9).
NOTE: The pins serve to prevent the bearings from rotating. Align the bearing grooves with the lock pins. The bearings have a slip-
fit design but in some cases may require a light press fit to insert them into the housing bores.
Front Housing

Place the rear housing (9) on a flat surface with the bearing bores facing up; then insert two housing
alignment pins (11) into the rear housing (9).

Insert one housing O-ring (10) into the circular groove of the rear housing (9).
Caution!
Do not reuse O-rings.
NOTE: The alignment pins should
have a slip fit into the rear housing.
