Application Set Up

Siemens is proud to offer industry-leading control and monitoring functionality built into the VersiCharge product.

Smartphone Application. This is the preferred method for VersiCharge residential charger owners when one charger is linked

with one user account. Search for "VersiCharge" in the App Store for the iOS operating system (for iPhone owners) or in the

Google Play Store for the Android operating system. Download the application.

PC Application. Using a PC, control and monitor with the VersiCharge Configuration Tool. The VersiCharge Configuration Tool

has been designed to allow commissioning of multiple chargers as well as the configuration of parent/child networks.

NOTE: In case of a Wi-Fi network failure, the charger will continue to function based upon the registered state. If the

schedule function is enabled, it will continue to run indefinitely. All demand response settings will be saved. User

interface functionality will remain the same.

NOTE: If the charger is moved or ownership changes, it must be deregistered prior to recommissioning. Deregistering the

unit can be done through the mobile app or VersiCloud for multiple chargers.

Install the VersiCharge Mobile Application from Google Play (https://play.google.com/store) Store or Apple App Store

https://www.apple.com/app-store/) (ensure you have an internet connection on your VersiCharge). The web app

(https://www.versichargesg.com) and smartphone app follow the same steps.

Open the app and select "Create" to create an account.

Complete the steps (see below) and by creating the account you are accepting the Privacy Policy.
