Solution
•
Disconnect and reconnect the power.
•
Ensure that the operating
environment is in the recommended
temperature range.
•
Check that the heater fan is spinning.
•
Check and compare the internal
temperature readings from both
heater modules.
•
Ensure that no cured resin or printed
parts are blocking the turntable.
Reorient large prints as necessary.
•
Reseat the turntable on its mount.
•
Check that the gear on the bottom
of the turntable is firmly adhered to
the turntable.
•
Check that the rollers underneath the
turntable turn smoothly.
•
Replace the motor assembly.
•
Check the expected lifetime of the
resin used for the print.
•
Fully dry all solvent off of parts before
post-curing.
•
Wash liquid resin off of printed parts
before postcuring.
•
Fully dry all solvent off of parts before
post-curing.
