Flat Top of Spacer Complete the Installation Attach Hold-Down Brackets (Optional) Plastic Hold-Down Brackets Installation • Attach the hold-down brackets to the jamb, sill or outside Bracket Bracket mounting surface. When the blind is fully lowered, the pin on the Spacer hold-down brackets must align with the center of the bottom rail end caps.

Raising and Lowering the Blind Child Safety Important: Whenever raising or lowering the blind, the slats must be in the open position. • Push up on the handle to raise the blind. • Pull down on the handle to lower it. WARNING: Young children can become entangled and strangle in cords.
