Lubricate Grease Fittings and Oil Points*

Check Transaxle Oil Level (in Reservoir)
Check Tire Pressure
Check Drive Belts (Engine Alternator,
Engine PTO, Ground Drive)
Check Operation of Safety Interlock Switches
Check Operation of Turbine Precleaner Fan*
Check Air Filter Element**
Change Engine Crankcase Oil***
Check Engine Alternator Belt Tension
Check Blade Brake Action
Check Security of Drive Tire
Mounting Nuts (75 to 85 ft-lbs.)
Check FSC Friction Lock
Change Engine Oil Filter
Check Radiator Hoses and Clamps
Change Transaxle Oil and Filter
Replace Fuel Filters (2)/Clean Water Separator
Replace Air Filter Element
and Dust Ejection Valve**
Check Fuel Lines and Clamps
Flush Radiator and Change Coolant
Service Battery
Check PTO U-Joints for Wear/Looseness
Adjust Engine Intake/Exhaust Valve Clearance
Replace Radiator Hoses and Clamps
Replace Fuel Lines and Clamps
Lap Engine Intake/Exhaust Valve
Seats (if required)
More often in extremely dusty or dirty conditions

Air cleaner is remote mounted Enginaire
replace filter(s) every 400 hours and dust ejection
valve every two years or when worn or damaged

Change engine oil and filter after first 35 hours
of operation of a new engine (break-in period)

be installed from back of body to chassis
frame (fail-safe protection in case of fail ure
of body lift support).
