TROUBLESHOOTING

Hatch X-Ray has been designed with safety features to protect the patient and
operator in case of failure of an electrical component. The system automatically
checks for errors and will report a malfunction by means of an error code on the
Keypad Console display. These error codes are listed in the"Table 11" below. The
table lists the code and identifies the corresponding equipment operational fault.
The corrective action for the error code is provided by "Table 12", which also lists
observed problems and their potential source.
