Once the retaining screw is loosened, the heating rod should be able to slide out. Note: If the heating rod is not able to slide out freely, you can use a small flat head screwdriver to gently flex the heating block.

Plug the small protrusion of the board into the hole on the extruder. Once it’s installed properly, tuck the cables into the cable management slot.
