Note: The Output parameter controls how the audio will play through the Audio Outputs
(left, right, or both). Audio always plays from the Headphones output despite how the Output
parameter is set.
After adjusting a parameter, press the Previous button to return to the menu of parameters.
From the menu of parameters, press the Previous button to stop playing the waveform and
return to the Audio Output menu.

Scanner DIAG

The Scanner DIAG tests the functionality of the control panel buttons, LEDs , volume control,
keyboard contacts, and pedals.
When Scanner DIAG is selected, the LED display scrolls the scanner version, keyboard size
and ADC calibration, and keyboard model.
To exit the Scanner DIAG and return to the Diagnostics menu, simultaneously press the
Favorite 1

Scanner DIAG tests

LEDs——Simultaneously press the Previous and Next buttons to turn on all LEDs. Press both
buttons again to turn off all LEDs.
Control Panel Buttons——To test a button, press any control panel button. The button number is
shown in the LED display. Press and hold a control panel button and its number and name will
scroll across the LED display. All control panel buttons have LEDs. The LED should turn on
each time a button is pressed and turn off when the button is released.
Volume Control——Turn the volume control to test its operation. The test result’'s numeric value
(current position of the volume control potentiometer) and test name,
LED display. You should see

Pedals——The Scanner DIAG for the three piano-style pedals and the CC Pedal tests and
displays the pedal name and whether or not the pedal is open or closed. For example, press the
center piano-style pedal, you should see
