While the watch is connected, you
can control the music player on your
phone.
Movement information
The smartwatch records and displays
the number of steps that you walk
each day, calories burned, and
mileage information. More detailed
analysis and data records can be
viewed in the DaFit APP.
Sleep
The watch can record and display
the total duration of sleep and the
duration of deep and light sleep.

records can be viewed in the DaFit
APP.
Heart rate
The watch can record and display
your heart rate throughout the day.
Click on the heart rate interface to
measure your current heart rate. More
