5. Basic Photography

5.4.2 Red-free Photography Mode

Enter the study information into the computer.

Select the red-free photography mode.
Press the RED FREE switch. Or select the photography mode with the control software.
The RED FREE lamp turns on.

Perform the procedure starting from step 3 in 5.4.1 Color Photography Mode (see page 24).

5.4.3 Cobalt Photography Mode

Enter the study information into the computer.

Select the cobalt photography mode.
Press the COBALT switch. Or select the photography mode with the control software.
The COBALT lamp turns on.

Perform the procedure starting from step 3 in 5.4.1 Color Photography Mode (see page 24).

5.4.4 Fluorescein Angiography Mode

Enter the study information into the computer.

Select the fluorescein angiography mode.
Press the FLUO switch. Or select the photography mode with the control software.
The FLUO lamp turns on.

Disinfect the forehead rest and replace the chin rest papar.

Have the patient sit down.

Align the height of the patient's eye.

Move the stage position.

Align the camera to the eye to be photographed.
Concerning the barrier filter
During retinal observations in the fluorescein angiography mode, each time the BA switch is
pressed, the barrier filter is inserted or disengaged. However, while images are being taken, the
filter is inserted automatically.
While the barrier filter is inserted, the lamp above the button lights brightly.

Adjust brightness in the field of view for observation.

Determine the area to be photographed.
