5.2 Photography Flow

This instrument includes non-mydriatic and mydriatic observation modes. In each observation mode,
photographs can be taken using color, red-free, cobalt, fluorescein angiography, or fundus
autofluorescence. The observation monitor is used in non-mydriatic mode, and the viewfinder is used in
mydriatic mode. The flow of photography operations is shown in the photography flowchart below.
For a list of the functions in the observation modes and photography modes, refer to 8.2 Functions in the
Observation and Photography Modes (page 54).

Adjust int./ext. eye fixation lamp position
Align positions and focus image
Concerning control software operations
Use the control software for operations in
operations, refer to the Operation Manual of the control software.
Select photography mode
Set flash intensity
Check pupil diameter
Set observation light intensity
Select diopter compensation
Press shutter release button
Enter study information
Select observation mode
Mydriatic mode
Adjust viewfinder diopter
Select photography mode
Check mydriatic condition
Set observation light intensity
Adjust external eye fixation lamp position
Align positions and focus image
Select diopter compensation
Press shutter release button
Check images
Edit and save images
Finish photographing
