Status Display

Icons appear in the Status display indicating the status of system functions such as
system power and battery charge level. The location of icons in the Status display is
shown in Figure 1-3.
Table 1-1 shows how individual icons are displayed, and describes what the
variations of that display indicate. (If an icon is not displayed, it indicates that the
related system function is off or inactive.

Blinking:
Not displayed:

Displayed when DC power is connected and the system is fully
on or in suspend mode. Also displayed when the battery is
being charged.

Fully on (running)
Idle or Standby state (resumes activity when
pen activity or other input detected).
Suspend-to-RAM mode.
Off state (when suspend button is configured
