FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FI0138SI FRAME INSERT

3mm 'O' RING
Left or Right hand side (as you sit on bike)

Place the 'O' into the groove of the frame insert as shown above.
•
Ensuring the logo is in the correct orientation place the frame insert into the frame recess and
gently knock in with a soft mallet or the palm of your hand as shown in the top picture (if very
tight a small amount of liquid detergent on the 'O' ring will help).
