CLEANING HONEYCOMB
ASSEMBLIES
Honeycombs should be cleaned every six
months. Dirty honeycombs will cause
merchandisers to perform poorly. The
honeycombs may be cleaned with a vacuum
cleaner. Soap and water may be used if
all water is removed from the honeycomb
cells before reassembling. Be careful not to
damage the honeycombs.
1. Pull the honeycomb assembly out of the
interior top panel to remove it.
2. Clean and dry the honeycomb.

CLEANING STAINLESS STEEL
SURFACES
Use non-abrasive cleaning materials, and
always polish with grain of the steel. Use
warm water or add a mild detergent to the
water and apply with a cloth. Always wipe
rails dry after wetting.
Use alkaline chlorinated or non-chlorine
containing cleaners such as window cleaners
and mild detergents. Do not use cleaners
containing salts as this may cause pitting
and rusting of the stainless steel finish. Do
not use bleach.

(muriatic acid) on stainless steel.
