Testing
Manual Override Test
Upon completion of the system wiring, the pumps and/or dispensers should be tested to verify
that the AC wiring is correct. Do not turn on the system power during these tests! The steps
below indicate the proper procedure for testing and the expected results. Should any of these
tests fail, the wiring should be corrected and the test must be performed again.

Place all of the system override switches in the OFF position.

Turn on the breakers for all of the pumps/dispensers.

Place the system override switch, located in the pedestal, for hose 1 in the MANUAL position.

Turn on hose 1. After completing reset, the hose should be able to dispense product.
Turn on all other hoses. No other hoses besides 1 should activate.

Turn off all hoses.

Place the system override switch, located in the pedestal, for hose 1 in the OFF position.
7
Repeat steps 3 through 7 for all remaining hoses. Substitute the hose under test for hose 1.
