If your heart rate is very high compared to the preset target, the training resistance will decrease immediately one level, and keep decreasing one level every 15 seconds by monitoring your heart rate change.

    LCD-TV Operation Guide This Game Rider model includes an LCD-TV (#60) for the convenience of displaying the games on the TV screen while using the bike in “GAME” mode. However, since this LCD-TV is a full-functioning TV capable of multiple connection options, it can also be used while using the bike in “FIT(ness)” mode to watch your favorite TV programs or movies during your exercise.
