Hiatus™ Sleeper Bench

Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
Tools Required
•
Box Cutter Knife
•
Phillips Screwdriver
•
Pry Bar
Unpacking Bench Unit
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove
the screws attaching the steel
brackets to the wooden container
supports (Figure 1 & Detail A).
2. The wooden supports are stapled
to the shipping pallet. Using a pry
bar, carefully remove the wooden
supports. Discard staples and the
wooden supports. Recycle any
cardboard (Figure 1 & Detail B).
3. Using a box cutter knife, carefully
cut around the pallet to remove the
plastic wrap covering the bench. Do
not allow the knife to make contact
with the bench.
