Operating position
The burner is designed to work only in posi-
tions 1 and 4 (Fig. 11).
Installation 1 is preferable, as it is the only
one that allows the maintenance operations
WARNING
as described in this manual.
The installation 4 permits the operation, but
makes the maintenance and inspection oper-
ations of the combustion head more difficult.

Removing the shutter lockout screws
Remove the screws 1)-2) and nuts before fitting
the burner onto the boiler (Fig. 12).
Replace them with screws 3) M12x16 supplied as
WARNING
standard.

Preparing the boiler
5.6.1
Boring the boiler plate
Pierce the closing plate of the combustion chamber, as in Fig. 13.
The position of the threaded holes can be marked using the ther-
mal insulation screen supplied with the burner.

Installations 2, 3 and 5 are forbidden for
safety reasons.
