    Getting Started Attaching the Battery Pack The UH820 series radios can be powered with a lithium ion battery pack or with optional 3xAA batteries fitted into the battery jacket. The radio can be charged in the drop-in cradle on only when the rechargeable lithium-ion battery is tted.
