Using the System Monitor Screen

You can cancel a job while it is waiting to be processed, or during printing.
Monitor 1
Press [Monitor].
The status of all jobs is listed on the LCD display.

Press [F2] (M) or [F3] (L) to select the job to be canceled ©
press [F4] (CANCEL).

You cannot select multiple jobs and cancel them all at once.

If you want to cancel multiple jobs, select and cancel one job at a time.
The display for selecting whether to cancel copying or not appears.

Press [F3] (YES).
If you do not want to cancel the copy job, press
The selected job is canceled.
