Check the connection status of Ethernet FINS.

Confirm that COMM is lit yellow
and there no ERR light on the
G9SP CIF40 Ethernet Option
Board.

Confirm LED indicators on
EIP21.
MS: Lit Green
NS: Flashing Green
100M: Lit Yellow
10M: Lit Yellow
