Apply lithium-based grease.

Torque to 20-25 ft-lb (27-34 N•m)
at 100 rpm maximum.

AIR SIDE markings on diaphragm
must face center housing.

If screw comes loose or is
replaced, apply permanent (red)
®
Loctite or equivalent to
diaphragm side threads. Apply
primer and medium-strength (blue)
®
Loctite or equivalent to shaft side
threads.

Lips must face out of housing.

Cartridges (102) must be installed in
housing before pilot valves (101) or
inserts (113, for remote air
controls)..
8
Torque to 20-25 in.-lb (2.3-2.8 N•m).
