Problem
Spray Gun stopped spraying
while trigger is pulled.
Fan pattern varies dramatically
while spraying.
Cannot trigger Spray Gun.
Material is coming out of
pressure control.
Material leaks down outside of
pump.
Motor is hot and runs
intermittently. Motor
automatically shuts off due to
excessive heat. Damage can
occur if cause is not corrected.

Cause
Sprayer lost prime.
Pressure control switch is worn
and causing excessive
pressure variation.
Spray Trigger Lock is
engaged.
Pressure control is worn.
Pump packings are worn.
Vent holes in enclosure are
plugged or sprayer is covered.
Extension cord is too long or
not a heavy enough gauge.
Unregulated electrical
generator being used has
excessive voltage.
Motor needs to be replaced.
