Checklist before start-up
1.
Is the A2 F properly installed in accordance with a permitted set-up variant and without any discernible damage?
2.
When using a pressure unit: installation site additionally secured (sealed tray, filter cup made of metal)?
3.
Combustion air supply secured?
4.
Adequate ventilation and extraction in the heating room with limited ambient air-independent (separate flue gas/air supply
line) or ambient air-dependent operation?
5.
Does the mains connection conform to regulations?
6.
Is the mains voltage 230 V, 50 Hz?

If the DIP switches on the circuit board are set to match the equipment variant designed (see

Flue gas line correctly connected with a consistent gradient (at least 3°), secured with suitable brackets and no leaks?
9.
For renovation: heat distribution network flushed out? Sludge separator fitted in heating return flow?
10.
Is the diaphragm expansion tank mounted according to specifications and of the requisite size?
11.
Is the safety valve connected to a safe, free drain?
12.
Has the quality of the filling water been checked and has any necessary water preparation been carried out?
13.
System water pressure within prescribed range?
14.
Boiler and heating system vented?
15.
All sensors connected and correctly positioned?
16.
Mixer group, mixer module and mixer circuit sensor (optional) correctly connected?
17.
Room controller (optional) correctly connected to the PCB?
18.
Oil connection installed according to specifications, expertly and correctly?
19.
Oil tank sufficiently filled and oil valves opened?
Only if all questions can be answered with "Yes" may the system be
started up.
Checklist after start-up

Is the heating circulation pump running, does the heater get hot?

Is the oil conduit vented?

Is the oil pressure within the permissible range?

Has the resistance of the flue gas pipe been measured and is it higher than the minimum resistance?

Have the burner settings been checked using a flue gas analyser and do the values lie within the stipulated range?
F
Has the boiler cladding been re-installed after start-up?
Only if all questions can be answered with "Yes" may the system be
handed over to the user/owner.
