Allows router restart via SMS.
SMS text can contain letters, numbers, spaces and
special symbols. Capital letters also matters.
No authorization, by serial or by router admin
password.
From all numbers, from group or from single number.
If you select this box, router will send status once it
has rebooted and is operational again.
This is both separate SMS Rule and an option under
SMS Reboot rule.
