The speaker cannot be operated
Check that the speaker is turned on.
Update the software version of the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to the latest version.
If the UPDATE button on the speaker lights up in orange, update the pre-installed software of the speaker to the latest
version.
Make sure another device is not streaming to the AirPlay compatible device at the same time.
Update the SongPal software to the latest version.
