Job Menu

Setup Menu

Use this menu selection to configure a variety of printer features.

Eco-Mode
The printer minimizes waste (toner,
paper, energy) while maintaining
acceptable print quality.
Quiet Mode
The printer operates quietly by printing
output at a slower speed.
Using printer menus

this item, the printer will reset and return to Ready.

initiates the reset cycle. After selecting
8* is the default setting.
Select a lower number to lighten the printed
output or save toner.
No changes in operation are made.
The following options are changed:
• Duplex is turned off.
• The control panel's power indicator LED
and backlight remain off.
• Ready mode is disabled.
Same options as Energy option, except
Duplex is turned on.
No changes in operation are made.
The following options are changed:
• The control panel's power indicator LED
remains illuminated when in Ready state
and blinks when in Busy state
• All print jobs print at half speed.
• Fuser standby mode is enabled.
Note: The engine prints at half speed in
all resolutions.
