    6 MESSA IN SERVIZIO 6.1 Settaggio velocità dei ventilatori La velocità dei ventilatori può essere regolata durante l‘installazione in base al tasso di ventilazione richiesta. La figura 6.a indica le curve di prestazione (aria fornita e aria estratta) alle diverse regolazioni del segnale 0-10V fornito ai motori.     7.3 Funzionalità aggiuntive MODALITA’ SLAVE Nel caso in cui il jumper SLAVE (Fig.5.f - JP2) venga corto-circuitato prima di alimentare l’unità, la stessa inizia a lavorare in modalità SLAVE: la velocità di funzionamento viene quindi determinata dal segnale 1-10V ricevuto all’ingresso SLAVE. Tutte le logiche di funzionamento descritte nella sezione Modalità di selezione vengono ignorate (paragrafo 7.1).

    8.2 Descrizione dei Componenti Ventilatori I ventilatori sono costituiti da motori a rotore esterno di tipo EC che possono essere controllati continuamente ciascuno tra il 10-100%. I cuscinetti a sfera rimangono lubrificati per tutta la loro durata e non necessitano di manutenzione. Se necessario è possibile scollegare e sostituire i ventilatori con estrema facilità.

    3.5 Rating label Fig.3.b Rating label 4 TRANSPORT AND STORAGE WARNING Make sure that specific warnings and cautions in Chapter 2 “Precautions” are carefully read, understood and applied! The appliance is delivered in one carton box. The appliance should be stored and transported in such a way that it is protected against physical damage that can harm spigots, casing, display etc. It should be covered so that dust, rain and snow cannot enter and damage the unit and its components.

  • Page 28 SLAVE mode • In case the jumper JP2 is placed in SLAVE mode, the rotation speed is determined by the signal received at the analog input SLAVE.      The logics described above are completely ignored. • In this mode, the actual speed of the appliance can assume all values between 10% and 100%. In SLAVE mode the speed is decided by the 0-10V input, but all other functions (for example machine orientation where possible, imbalance, F7 filter) remain valid and settable as in the non-SLAVE mode.

    6 COMMISSIONING 6.1 Setting Fan speed The speed of the unit can be adjusted during installation according to required ventilation rate. Figure 6.a below shows performance curves (for supply air and extract air) at different settings of the 0-10V signal to the motors. Airflow and consumption refer to one single motor.

    8.2 Description of Components Fans The fans have external rotor motors of EC type which can be steplessly controlled individually between 10–100%. The motor bearings are life time lubricated and maintenance free. It is possible to easily disconnect and replace the fans if necessary. Filters The filters are of filter quality G4 for both the supply air and extract air filter.
