For D105AC units wire an Earth to the E terminal on the PCBA in order to Earth the metal housing.

For D105DC units, using a ring terminal, fit an Earth to the
shown location underneath the M4 screw and M4 spring
washer. This point shall not be used for any other purpose
(e.g. ground bonding).
