If you see the error message shown above, which means your PSU has encountered an
issue and need to be replaced immediately. To replace the malfunction PSU, please refer to
chapter 3.5 Replace Malfunctioning
PSU. After the new PSU is successfully installed, the
PSU status LED will be green, and you can see the PSU status displaying "Good" on QSM.
