Troubleshooting and information code
Problem
The oven does not cook The oven door is
properly. frequently opened during
cooking.
The oven controls are not
correctly set.
The grill or other
accessories are not
correctly inserted.
The wrong type or size of
cookware is used.
NOTE
If the above guidelines do not enable you to solve the problem, then contact your
local SAMSUNG customer service centre.
Please have the following information read;
• The model and serial numbers, normally printed on the rear of the oven
• Your warranty details
• A clear description of the problem
Then contact your local dealer or SAMSUNG aftersales service.

Cause Action
If you open the door
often, the interior
temperature will be
lowered and this may
affect the results of your
cooking.
Correctly set the oven
controls and try again.
Correctly insert the
accessories.
Use suitable cookware
with flat bottoms.

Code Description
Temperature sensor is
C-20
needed to check.
Temperature sensor
detect higher
C-21
temperature than
setting temperature.
Control buttons
C-d0 are pressed over
10 seconds.

Action
Press the Stop/Cancle button and
operate again. If it occurs again, turn
off the microwave oven over 30
seconds and try setting again.
If it appears again, call your local
SAMSUNG Customer Care Centre.
Turn off the microwave oven for
cooling the product and then try setting
again.
If it appears again, call your local
SAMSUNG Customer Care Centre.
Clean the keys and check if there is
water on the surface around key. If it
occurs again, turn off the microwave
oven over 30 seconds and try setting
again. If it appears again, call your local
SAMSUNG Customer Care Centre.
