Instructions
• Ingredients
30-50 g King makerel salted, 200 g Minced
pork, 2 Tbsp. Shredded garlic, 1 Tbsp. Shredded
thin bird chili, ½ Ts. Pepper, 1 Tbsp. Seasoning
powder, 1 Ts. Sesame oil, ¼ cup Shredded
shallots, 1 Lime
• Method
Mix ingredients and mash together, except
shredded shallots and lime. Mash together.
Form clots 1 cm, put them on high rack in
microwave oven and press start button. When
the beep, turn over and press start button. After
cooking, serve for sliced shallots and lemon.
• Ingredients
250 g Pork sirloin, 2 Tbsp. Red sugar,
3 Tbsp. Shoyu, 1 ½ Tbsp. Mirin, ¼ cup Sliced
garlic, ¼ cup Shredded ginger, 2 Tbsp. white
sesame, 2 Tbsp. Shredded spring onion for
sprinkle on top
• Method
Sliced pork, add ingredients for marinate
15 minutes.
Put them on high rack in microwave oven
and press start button. When the beep, turn
over and press start button. When the 2
beep, bring out them. Put marinate sauce
in microwave oven and press start oven.
After cooking, serve with rice sprinkled with
marinate sauce and spring onion.

• Ingredients
250-300 g Beef sirloin, ¼ cup Red wine,
1 Ts. Pepper corn, ½ Ts. Salt, 1 Tbsp. Olive oil,
1 cup Sliced Eringii Mushroom, 1 cup 3 color Bell
peppers, Cut long lines
Herb Butter
3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter, 1 Tbsp. Fresh rosemary,
½ Tbsp. Chopped garlic, ¼ Ts. Salt
• Method
Pound beef or dipping with fork for soften.
Crush pepper corn for marinate beef with salt,
pepper, red wine, olive oil at least 1 hour. Mix
olive oil salt and pepper with vegetables. Put
them on high rack in microwave oven and press
start button. When the beep, turn over and
press start button. When the 2 nd beep, bring
out them. Put marinated beef on high rack in
microwave oven and press start button. When
the 3 beep, turn over and press start button.

During cooking, mix Herb butter ingredients
together, take in the fridge.
After cooking, put herb butter on cooked meat,
take to microwave for melted butter. Serve with
roasted vegetables.
