CAUTION

Risk of irreparable damage to the appliance.
▶ Only remove the appliance from the packaging when in the
installation location.
▶ Handle the appliance with care.
▶ Whenever applicable, the installation of the appliance and/
or the electrical accessories must satisfy the standard IEC
60364-7-701.

▶ First connect the water and fill the appliance.
▶ Then connect the appliance to the electric connection
socket, ensuring that it is grounded.
Water quality
The device is used for DHW heating for domestic purposes in
accordance with the relevant regulations. Use of a water
treatment system is recommended in areas with a high level of
water hardness. To minimise the risk of calcification in the
hydraulic circuit, the potable water parameters must lie within
the following limits.

Choice of installation site

CAUTION
Risk of damage to the appliance!
Risk of damage to interior and exterior of the appliance.
▶ Choose a wall which is strong enough to support the
appliance when the tank is full.
Installation site
▶ Comply with the applicable standards.
▶ Only install the appliance in locations where the room
temperature does not fall below 0 °C.

Installation (only for approved contractors)
▶ Do not install the appliance in locations with an altitude of
over 3,000 m.
▶ If the appliance is installed in a location where the room
temperature is above 35 °C, ensure that there is adequate
ventilation.
▶ Install the appliance close to the most frequently used hot
water tap in order to reduce heat loss and wait time.
▶ Install the appliance in a location that allows the
magnesium anode to be removed, so that necessary
maintenance work can be performed.

▶ Do not install in the protection zone 1.
▶ Install the appliance outside of the protection zone.
CAUTION
Risk of electric shock!
▶ Connect the appliance to the main power supply (electrical
switchboard) using an electric cable with an earth wire.

weight of the appliance when the tank is full and which are
appropriate for the type of wall.
