To display the Job Information menu, select the Show job
information check box in the Monitoring Preferences dialog box.
(See "Setting Monitoring Preferences" on page 79 for details.)
Then click the Job Information tab in the EPSON Status Monitor

Waiting: A print job waiting to be printed.
Printing: A print job which is currently printing.
Completed: Displays only those jobs that have
finished printing.
Canceled: Displays only those jobs that have
been canceled.
Held: A job that is on hold.
Other user's print jobs are displayed as --------.
