Any Problems?

If you are having a problem with your RX700, check the message on the
control panel. Try turning the RX700 off and then back on to clear the error.
If your problem is listed here, try these suggestions. For more information,
see your Basics book, software Help, or on-screen Reference Guide.

Click Cancel and disconnect the RX700.
Install the software as described on this
sheet.
Make sure your RX700 is connected to your
computer, plugged into a power source, and
turned on.
Make sure you have unlocked the scanner,
as described in section 2. Turn the RX700
off and then on again.
Make sure the ink cartridges are pushed all
the way in and the covers are closed.
Make sure your RX700 software is installed
correctly.
Make sure the scanner lock is in the unlocked
position, as shown on the front of this sheet.
After releasing it, turn off the RX700, wait a
moment, then turn it back on.
It is normal for the RX700 to make whirring
sounds after you turn it on.
