Heating of the DHW cylinder
■ Vitosol 222-T can be operated all-year
round.
When there is sufficient insolation, the
DHW cylinder is heated purely by the
vacuum tube collector (solar mode).
If the desired DHW temperature can-
not be achieved with the vacuum tube
collector alone, the integral immersion
heater can be switched on.
Note
Constant operation of an immersion
heater results in high electricity con-
sumption.
■ Heating with the immersion heater can
be started manually (see page 8).
Time
■ The local time can be adjusted (see
page 8).
Power failure
■ The programmed data is retained for
72 hours.
In the event of a fault
■ The immersion heater is switched off,
the operating keys are locked. Notify
your contractor.
