Trouble shooting
Communication related problems:
1）Cable connections
Solution: Check the cable connections. Make sure all
the cables are connected in correct way.
2) Pin definitions of communication cables
Solution: Please refer to pin definition diagrams.
3) Inverter settings
Solution: Please change the inverter settings
according to battery parameters.

Functional related problems:
1) Battery over voltage
Solution: Please check the inverter
settings and the communication status
between the inverter and the batteries.
2) Battery voltages imbalance
Solution: Please disconnect the batteries \
in one group, use a multimeter to test
their terminal voltages. Charge the low
voltage batteries to a similar voltage
value.
3) BMS error
Solution: Please swap the BMS or use
BatteryView to clear the BMS error.
