1. Undo the burner frame from the boiler door.

2. Remove the flange gasket (scrape off if neces-
sary). Clean the sealing face.
3. Remove electrodes and burner gauze assembly.
4. Install the new burner gauze assembly with new
gasket for burner gauze assembly and electrodes.
Torque: 10 Nm
5. Mount the burner on the boiler door with new
flange gasket. Torque: 18 Nm
