Always carry out the following
steps.

Implementing final tests

1. Carry out the finals tests according
to the notes on pages 14 to 16.
2. Record the test values in the
service report (on page 49).

Operating and service documents

1. Complete and detach the
customer registration card:
H Give the system user this part
for safe−keeping.
H Retain the heating engineer part.

1. Insert new gaskets in all fittings
which have been opened and
tighten fittings.
2. Open the gas shut−off valve.
3. Check the inlet seals of the gas
combination valve for soundness.
4. Start the burner (see page 5).
5. Check the outlet seals of the gas
combination valve and fittings
between fan and boiler door and
fan and venturi pipe for
soundness.
2. Keep all parts lists, operating and
service instructions in the folder
and hand this over to the system
user.
The installation instructions are
not required after the installation
is complete and may therefore be
disposed of.
