DPCControl

This DPC (Defective Pixel Correction) function corrects defective pixels from the image sensor. The
defective pixels are corrected by apply the multidirectional 3x3 median filter to output pixels from the image
sensor.

- Set the activation of DPC
Set the following value to "DPCEnable" register. The setting value is Boolean type.
